Private Pilates sessions are available at all studio locations.Â
Duet Pilates sessions are available at Orchard and Raffles Place studios.
Strength training is exclusively offered at Outram Park studio only.
You just need to bring along a water bottle, and a pair of grip socks for safety and hygiene purposes.
All studio locations are equipped with toilet(s), changing room(s), and complimentary towels (except at Outram Park studio) for your convenience.
Any changes or cancellations to your scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the start of your session.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations within 24 hours could be considered as a late cancellation, in which a session in your account is utilised.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend without notice will also count as a late cancellation.

Pilates can be an excellent form of exercise for rehabilitation and managing various injuries or conditions. However, it’s crucial to obtain medical clearance before starting any new exercise program. For pre/postnatal clients, please consult with your gynaecologist to ensure Pilates is safe for your specific situation.
Before the start of your first session, it is your responsibility to declare any injuries, conditions, or special circumstances. This information will allow me to provide appropriate modifications for the exercises. You will also be required to sign a waiver form acknowledging any existing injuries or conditions, as well as your commitment to following instructions and practicing within your limits. Your safety is my top priority, and open communication about your health status is essential for a successful Pilates experience.
