Late Cancellation Policy

Overview
This late cancellation policy is implemented to provide you with flexibility for genuine emergencies, while ensuring that the time slots remain accessible and well-managed. This waiver allowance does not apply to new clients or those booking single sessions.

Details
1 Definition of Late Cancellation:
A late cancellation occurs when a client cancels their scheduled class less than 24 hours prior to the start time.

2 Waiver Allowance:
Clients are allowed to waive the late cancellation fee up to two times per calendar year without the need for any documentation. This waiver applies strictly to unforeseen circumstances, including:

  • Family emergencies
  • Last-minute work meetings
  • Sudden illness

3 Subsequent Cancellations:
After utilising the two waivers, any further late cancellations will require documentation to qualify for a waiver. Acceptable forms of documentation include:

  • Medical notes
  • Official letters or emails confirming the reason for cancellation
  • Any other relevant documents that support the need for cancellation

4 Exclusions:
Waivers without documentation cannot be applied to cancellations made after clients have used the two waivers within the same calendar year.

Routine schedule changes or personal preferences do not qualify for a waiver.
